Retail Opportunities
As a Brand Ambassador in our Retail Stores, you will have access to full training on our products to help build your confidence and expertise. There are frequent opportunities to participate in incentivised sales activities which will allow you to earn a top-up bonus or commission for your achievements. All permanent staff who have passed probation qualify for our generous discount scheme plus can enjoy a quarterly allocation of free products.

The Little Jam Factory
All of our preserves, marmalades and jams are made by hand to traditional methods in our little jam factory out in the Mendip Hills. So if you love getting hot and sticky with fruit perhaps you would like to join our jolly jam team? We also make delicious products for Duchy Originals and Waitrose there too, so you could be a busy little bee but at least you won’t have to worry about what to put on your toast in the morning!
Head Office Opportunities
Our Head Office team are spread across two lovely locations: Kensington, London and Pontyclun, Wales.
Head Office staff work in spacious, open plan environments and enjoy monthly afternoon teas in which objectives and results are informally presented by department.
Head Office departments include: Marketing, PR, E-Commerce, Wholesale, Export, Merchandising, Design (predominantly London based), plus IT, Finance, HR, Customer Service and Warehouse Logistics & Operations (predominantly Wales based).
