Product availability, pricing details and acceptance of orders

Submission of completed 'shopping cart' order forms and their associated payment and delivery details will not be deemed as an acceptance of the order.

Your order and credit or debit card details will be validated before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide during the Checkout or associated with your Crabtree & Evelyn account registration. Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.  We reserve the right to cancel any order placed via this website if we suspect the order is not for personal consumption.  If you are interested in opening a trade account, please visit our Trade Website.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Purchase requests to addresses outside of the United Kingdom cannot be ful filled.
