Are your products tested on Animals?

Crabtree & Evelyn is opposed to animal testing. We do not test our finished products on animals or conduct animal testing during the formulation process. We do not submit our products for animal testing by third parties anywhere in the world except where required by local law.

Are your products suitable for Vegans/ Vegetarians?

Some of our products have animal by-products present in the formulation (beeswax, milk by-products, and honey are examples). All ingredients are listed on the packaging for review.

How can I sign up to your Reward Programme?

In order to join the Reward Programme, visit any Crabtree & Evelyn UK store and ask a member of staff to sign you up. You will need to provide the following information: first name, last name, full UK postal address and a correct email address.

What are the offers associated with the Reward Programme?

Customers registering on the Reward Programme will receive a free gift with their first purchase and other exclusive offers.*

Can I use my loyalty card online?

The loyalty cards which are part of the reward programme cannot currently be used online. They can only be used in UK retail stores.





How can I get free delivery?

We offer free Click and Collect service to our Crabtree and Evelyn UK stores. Free Standard Delivery is available if you're ordering items for delivery to the UK mainland over the value of £50.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Click and Collect orders to Crabtree & Evelyn store will arrive at store within 3-5 working days and we will notify you by SMS text message when it has arrived and is ready for collection.

Click and Collect orders to parcel shop order will arrive at your chosen parcel shop within 3-6 working days and we will notify you by SMS text message when it has arrived and is ready for collection. 

For Standard Delivery your goods should arrive within 3-5 working days. If you have an account with us you’ll be able to see when your parcel is on its way by going into Previous Orders under the My Account section.

For Channel Island Delivery your goods should arrive withing 4-5 working days.

For Next Day Delivery orders received before 3.00pm Monday to Thursday are usually delivered the next working day. Please note that orders placed before 2.30pm on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday and orders placed after 2.30pm on Friday may not be delivered until Tuesday. Please be aware that a signature will be needed for your order so please provide an address where someone can sign for your goods.

I bought something from you and have decided that I no longer want it. Can I return it?

Yes, we will be delighted to accept unwanted goods (other than perishable food items and shaving brushes) that are returned to us within 28 days of the date of purchase if the goods are returned in fully saleable condition and with proof of purchase. Do you deliver orders outside the UK?

Yes, we deliver outside of the UK. Please click on the flag at the top right hand corner of the page to choose your shipping destination and currency.






Can I get a tax refund?

Purchases made from Crabtree & Evelyn’s website are not entitled to a tax refund.

How are refunds issued?

Any refunds will be reimbursed using the same means you used to make the payment.

Will I be refunded any return postage costs?

Postage or courier charges are non-refundable except for:
- faulty goods
- damaged goods
- where we have delivered incorrect goods
