ship orders to, customers who live in the UK.
Overseas customers are advised

How do I place my order online?
Our simple checkout process is easy to complete:
To begin the checkout process once you have finished your shopping, click on the “Check Out” button from your Shopping Bag.
In Step 1 of checkout, you will be asked to log into your account or create a new account if you have not shopped with us before.
Existing Accounts: If you are logging into an existing account, enter your e-mail address and account password. If you do not remember your password, click on the “I have forgotten my password” link and enter your e-mail address. If we are able to locate your account, your account password will be immediately e-mailed to you.
New Accounts: If you have not created an account in the past or are new to the Crabtree & Evelyn website, enter your e-mail address in the “E-Mail Address:” field and click on the option labeled “not yet registered with Crabtree-Evelyn.co.uk”. Then click on the “Continue” button to begin the process of creating your account.
In Step 2, of the checkout process you will complete your billing and shipping information and be able to review any additional order options.
From the “Select a Shipping Method” area, you can select how you would like your order to be delivered. If you would like to create a Gift Message or pass along any specific instructions to our Customer Service department, that can be done from this Order View and Summary page as well.
Lastly, complete your billing and credit card information at the bottom of the “Order Review & Summary” page.
When you have confirmed that all the information is correct, click on the submit order button. You will be forwarded to the order confirmation screen which will display your order reference number and a link to the printer friendly version of your receipt. In addition, you will receive an email confirmation messages when your order is received and when your order has been shipped.
If you prefer not to shop online, you can ring through your order for payment by credit card on 01443 445566.

What payment options can I use?
Crabtree-evelyn.co.uk accepts any one of the major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Switch and Delta. Please note that we are unable
to accept any form of payment with a non-U.K. billing address.
We regret that we also cannot accept personal checks or money orders online
at this time (personal checks and money orders are valid for mail order
only).
Billing information
When selecting your credit card payment option, be sure to that the billing address that is associated with the credit card is the address you are using to make your purchase. We want to ensure that your order is processed without delay. Currently we are unable to accept orders with billing addresses outside of the U.K.
To update your billing information and address, log into your account and click on the link for “Edit Account Details” or click on the “Change Billing Address” link at the below the Billing Details section of the “Order Review & Summary” page during the checkout process.
How do I apply promotions?
Crabtree & Evelyn may offer promotions that can be redeemed on the
Online Store. Promotions and discounts, including free shipping, will
be communicated on the website, through emails and direct marketing such
as mailers.
Crabtree & Evelyn may offer different promotions in our retail stores
and in our online store.
1. To qualify for a gift with purchase;
The following requirements must be met:
a. In order to qualify for a gift with purchase, your total amount spent
should not include shipping charges.
b. When you spend the specified amount, your gift will be included automatically
in your shipment.
Please note that the free gift will not show in your cart at checkout.
c. Gift with purchase promotions apply to single orders that are being
sent to one shipping address.
d. The promotion is valid while supplies last. Crabtree & Evelyn may
also substitute a different gift with the same value.
e. There is a limit of 4 gifts with purchase per customer.
f. Valid only on specified dates.
