About the artist
Vic Lee tells true stories with his ink, often using London as the backdrop to his intricate tales. Fusing poetry with illustrations, it’s easy to get lost in his monochrome art; hiding twists and turns that you probably didn’t spot the first time.
My superstitions run deep. When I see a penny, I pick it up for luck. London is full of its own rituals too. Heading to the pub to rekindle friendships. Strolling along markets. Shopping for trinkets. That’s Christmas in the city for me.
